Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Jobcard Financial LLC is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III requirements for digital accessibility.

Accessibility Features

  • Color contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
  • Alt text: All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes to be ignored by screen readers
  • Form accessibility: All form inputs have associated labels. Required fields are clearly indicated. Error messages are programmatically associated with their respective inputs
  • Reduced motion: Animations and transitions are reduced or disabled when users have enabled the "prefers-reduced-motion" setting in their operating system or browser
  • Responsive design: Content is accessible and readable across all screen sizes, from mobile devices to desktop monitors, including when text is zoomed to 200%
  • Focus management: Modal dialogs and interactive components properly manage focus to prevent keyboard traps and ensure logical tab order
  • ARIA landmarks: Navigation, main content, and footer regions are identified with appropriate ARIA roles and labels

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We regularly test our website using a combination of automated tools and manual testing, including screen reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation testing, and color contrast analysis.

While we strive for full conformance, some content may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are continuously working to identify and resolve any accessibility barriers.

Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Sample report preview content uses visual blur effects that may not convey the same information to screen reader users. We provide alternative text descriptions for blurred content.
  • Some third-party embedded content (e.g., fonts loaded from Google Fonts) is subject to the accessibility practices of those third parties.

We are committed to resolving these limitations as quickly as possible.
